Recap: Rapid POS

Project Team: Glenn Fricke – Project Manager, Jimmy Johns – Superintendent, Shelby Giese – Project Coordinator

Project Size: estimated 3,300 sf

Project Duration: 7 weeks

Designer: Miller Design

This build-out was completed for Rapid POS at the direction of the company’s President, Bart McCleskey. Bart mentioned they were outgrowing their current suite on the first floor of this Aero Drive building, and he was excited for the opportunity to expand into a new area designed with them in mind. Miller Design chose a bright green paint throughout—which may seem daunting, but with the systems furniture in place the green subtly shines through. The large conference room is flooded with natural light, and is an inviting space to brainstorm, collaborate, and present. Across from the large conference room are two telephone rooms with french doors that serve as a more quiet area to place important phone calls. Systems furniture occupy a bulk of the space, however, the building’s wrap around windows help maintain that “open” feel that is all the rage in office spaces.

It was a pleasure building this space, and we hope all the employees at Rapid POS are enjoying their new office!
